Our experience with Home Instead was overall excellent over a five year period. Our three caregivers were long-term and truly exceptional in their care, compassion, efficiency and going significantly above my expectations for my wife with dementia They were Peggy, Dawn and Bobbi. Stevie continues to provide excellent care for me. I was reluctant to get started having someone come into my home at first. Now I look forward to her coming to help me get ready for the day as well as helping me make some progress cleaning up the clutter in my home. I don’t know what I would do without her now.
Katie has been with us for over 2 years and is like one of the family. She readily sees what needs to be done and gets it done. Jerry looks forward to her waking him each morning, holding his hand, and conversing about the day, and helping him up. She is so caring for him and he so appreciates her as I do.
We have 24/7 in home care for our dad. He and the family appreciate and enjoy all of the caregivers, especially Deb, Gene, Stacia, Donna and Jane. They take good care of him and are wonderful company for him. We appreciate that he can live in his home where we can visit anytime and know that he is being taken care of.
