Yes, typically we require a minimum number of hours per visit or per week to ensure consistency and quality of care. We will discuss your specific needs during our initial assessment.

Absolutely. All our care pros undergo rigorous training, comprehensive background checks, drug testing, motor vehicle checks, and ongoing professional education to ensure your loved one receives safe, compassionate care.

We strive to provide consistent caregiver assignments to build strong, trusting relationships. While schedules can occasionally vary, our goal is to keep changes minimal and inform you in advance

Our caregivers can provide medication reminders and assistance with medication administration as guided by our nurse-directed care plans. However, they cannot prescribe or dispense medications directly.

We aim to begin care promptly. Often, we can initiate services within 24 to 48 hours following the initial assessment, depending on caregiver availability, client location and client-specific requirements.

We will help you review options and can accept various long-term care insurance plans, as well as private pay. Currently, Medicare does not typically cover non-medical home care, but some Medicaid programs may provide coverage depending on eligibility.
